Non-Existent Customer Service

The paid pro features used to work once upon a time. Now, they seem to be "broken." They are quick to take my money but wont bother to respond to any of my emails requesting assistance with the now useless app. Keep away from this app. Its a total ripoff!

DO NOT BUY

Take heed to this and other reviews. Do not buy this app. It is broken and no one from customer support responds to emails. When I started to use this app several years ago it worked fine. Best features were knowing in advance how late a train was running and was also a godsend when needing to know from which track a train was slated to depart. Very disappointing. We should be entitled to a refund/credit!!!!

Not working, no word from customer service

Ill add my voice to the chorus: the real time alerts that my "pro" subscription is supposed to be paying for no longer works. Three attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Its a shame -- used to be a good app.

Track alerts DO NOT work as promised

The premium feature of track alerts initially made this app outstanding and unique. I used it every day. However, during the summer of 2015, this feature stopped working and has not been restored since. Without this capability there is no point to pay for premium features -- basic schedules available on many apps for free. I have sent several emails to customer service but received no response. I have no asked for my premium fee returned but, also, no response.

Tread lightly with this app

Developer finally released a fix that has plagued this app since iOS 9 was released, so Im sure users appreciate the return of what they paid for. Unfortunately, the developer hasnt offered any extension of their premium subscription during the outage period and has been completely unresponsive to emails. So be wary about spending your money on this one, who knows how long the developer will continue to support the app going forward.

Beware!

Alerts do not work. Ive sent mails to their support but have not gotten a response. This app used to work well and I would change to 5 stars if they fix it.

This train’s not running

This app worked beautifully and then, suddenly, it didn’t. The live updates — the feature I valued most — stopped working. Like many of the reviewers here, I’ve sent many messages to the support email address and have yet to receive a single response, and certainly no offer to refund the unused portion of my subscription payment. The app briefly came back last week for a few days, but once again, the premium feature is not functioning. Needless to say, I strongly urge you to avoid this app until it’s fixed.

Alerts do not work

I paid $9.99 for the yearly alerts only to have the track alerts stop working. Emailed customer service three times to ask for the problem to be fixed or my money returned. No reply.

Realtime track updates do not work

Paid for an yearly subscription and utterly disappointed that the app is not working as promised. Do not waste your time and money on this.

Too Good to be True

After being broken since the middle of 11/2015 a release was made a few days ago and it worked for a few days. Now getting a completely different error. I am beginning to wonder if this software is developed in the same part of the world that all the other crappy software comes from. 03/28/16 Was just prompted to download the new schedule (which isnt really new, its been in force for months) and voila!, the track alerts are working again. Why is it so hard to keep this app functioning across schedule updates?
