Its broken

I loved this app until 2 days ago when it stopped working after an update. I emailed support and have had no response. I paid for the pro version. I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness.

BROKEN

The latest update broke the app. I am a monthly subscriber, but now I dont get the alerts or tracks I was promised.

Not working...

Tracks are not posting. I paid for a full year for this app so Id like to know whats wrong with it. It worked great up until a few days ago.

Disappointed

Emailed for support over a week ago and no response. Im a paying subscriber, paid the yearly fee, and the app is not loading the information I paid for. At least an update that you folks are working on the problem would be nice. Whats the deal?

Dont buy

It no longer pushes alerts which renders it a waste of time, space, and money.

Developers & Support Team on holiday

After the update, like everyone else, no longer works. Email support unresponsive. Calling Apple for the refund next.

Best be fixing that update

We all purchased the app for realtime delay alerts. Whats the point of paying for the app that doesnt do much else than the paper schedule? Pls fix.

Doesnt work anymore!

Used to be great, but it stopped providing track information and I paid for service through to 2016!

Push Alerts

App barely worked before with the push notifications never working. Now, not even the trek and delay updates work have emailed the developer with no response. At this point the IAP is a scam. Apple should take action

Broken

This app was very useful when I first got it a few years ago. It has been broken for months which is a shame especially since you pay a monthly subscription. Zero response to my emails for support makes this app useless for anything other than train times. Forget the subscription until it is fixed.

Poor Support

I’ve had the Pro version for quite some time and loved it. Recently renewed, and now the push notifications won’t work. I’ve contacted support three times — twice from the app once by email. Never a response.

Took my money and ran

The paid pro features have been broken for a while now. I paid, they took my money, the app doesn’t work, and there’s absolutely no response from customer support. If I were the only one, I might think the problem was on my end, but I see from other reviews that everyone is experiencing the same thing. Nothing I’ve tried has fixed it, including power cycling my phone and deleting/reinstalling the app. If fixed soon, and paid subscribers are given credit for lost service, I’ll gladly change my review to 4 or 5 stars… but I’m not holding my breath.

Update: I gave up, contacted Apple and got my money refunded. I suggest other subscribers do the same. I was using this app on my daily commute for the past year, but now the pro features I paid for no longer work. I sent multiple messages to customer support with no response whatsoever.

Dont go Pro

Push alerts do not work and customer service non-responsive.

Pro features are broken

Regular version is fine, but track info does not work. Its been broken for 3 months, with no response from the company.

Needs update

Worked great once. Now terrible. Not fixed. Thanks departure vision for being there

Dont Buy Pro Version

Pro version doesnt work anymore, zero response from support. Good news is Apple refunded my money. It was great when it worked. I used it (Pro) for three years.

A complete ripoff

The only thing this app does is to take your money. Schedules fail to download and push alerts dont work. The developers completely ignore contacts. ITunescshould trash this crap.

Don’t waste your money

The app was working fine till about a month ago. I cannot get the push alerts and absolutely no response from customer service. I paid for the yearly pro version but i deleted it from my iPhone anyway. Stay away from this app.

PRO Feature Not Working

Annoyed. Depended on the PRO Feature for knowing when trains running late. Has been broken for awhile. Not worth the money
